Royals Continue to Roll

The Douglas College Men’s Basketball team continued their hot streak with their weekend sweep of the CBC Bearcats. The Royals won 105-65 Friday night and then completed the much needed sweep Saturday night with a tough 87-75 victory. The Royals are now 6-6 for the year and currently sit in 5th place in the Conference, one game behind the Capilano University Blues. Read More

The Douglas College women saw their hard work pay off this weekend, with two hard-earned victories over the Columbia Bible College Bearcats in Abbotsford. The wins were truly a team effort, as every member of the Royals squad made valuable contributions to the group’s success. Read more

This weekend was the final home games of the season for the Royals. They were up against CBC Bearcats and were in the hunt for a spot in the upcoming provincial championships along with the Royals. Lau & Liang win National Championships

Current Douglas College Royals athletes Alvin Lau and Melody Liang won the 2010 Yonex Canadian National Championships hosted in Winnepeg, Manitoba. Lau and partner John Vandervet took the Men's Doubles while Liang and partner Xuelian took the Women's Doubles title. Read More

    Canada for Haiti Thank you to all who donated during this weekends volleyball home games in support of Canada for Haiti. The total amount collected over the two day period exceeded $600.
